此件白玉观音宝像，采用和田白玉雕琢而成，玉质温润半透明，观音开脸祥和，表情慈祥宁静，慈眉善目，法相庄严，使观者崇敬之心犹然而生。

此件蕾丝嵌宝石白玉观音，袒胸，边镶宝石，外穿带有风帽的僧衣，下身着僧裙，僧裙束于腰部，以襟扣连结，右手于胸前结说法印。长袍主体部分皱褶自然下垂，披在身上，如海浪般描饰。整器镶宝石工艺点缀，技法，装饰华丽，包浆深沉，时代久远仍能保存完好，难能可贵。堪称玉器中的，并且底座和背光打造，镶嵌各类宝石，绿松石，金光褶褶，极为奢贵典雅
